How to gain your qualification faster
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is “the acknowledgement of the existing competencies that you have gained through previous studies, work and life experiences”. If RPL is granted, this will mean that you will not have to complete the study or assessment for a unit or units of competency.
Our RPL application Kit identifies what you need to do to apply for RPL and what information you need to provide.
The flexibility in how we deliver the qualification is central to your success.
You choose the what, how, when and where, and we facilitate you achieving your goal.

You choose the what, how, when and where, and we facilitate you achieving your goal.
Your investment is largely based on our dynamic delivery model, with lower priced entry for self-paced learning, through to custom designed and delivered in-house programs with our qualified trainers and assessors.
Our team will work closely with you to determine the best approach and propose a solution and investment accordingly.
Training on the job will involve a combination of different methods and activities suited to the goals of the business and needs of the participant.
Our on the job training model works most effectively when a workplace supervisor guides and instructs the participant through work related training and learning. A representative from Scala - The Training and Business Company will visit and discuss with you and your supervisor the most appropriate methods of delivery and complete a structured training plan.
Once a training plan has been completed you will receive your resources. Work will then begin on self-paced learning activities in the agreed order. Once both you and your supervisor feel ready, an assessor from Scala - The Training and Business Company will arrange a time to visit the workplace to conduct an assessment.
