This online short course ensures all employees are confident, competent and certified to work in customer service environments throughout and beyond the COVID-19 pandemic.

Participants are trained and assessed by Scala Institute's Registered Training Organisation (RTO 60168) to ensure competence against national training package requirements that have been developed with industry to support work in COVID service environments now and into the future.
All competent participants will be awarded with a Statement of Attainment to demonstrate their capability; providing confidence for employers and employability for employees.

Scala Institute will submit an application to the Tasmanian Government under the "Train Now Fund" to receive 100% subsidy** for your business to access this critical accredited training course.
