This free service is available to all Australian employers and could lead to many thousands of dollars to assist your business!

You can find a provider here:

I HAVE A LOT OF SKILLS - COULD I SIMPLY ATTAIN THE QUALIFICATION?
How to gain your qualification faster

Scala are more than happy to explore a recognition process for your qualification. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is “the acknowledgement of the existing competencies that you have gained through previous studies, work and life experiences”.

During the enrolment process, you may request an application for RPL. If RPL is granted, this will mean that you will not have to complete the study or assessment requirements for a unit or units of competency.

Our RPL application Kit identifies what you need to do to apply for RPL and what information you need to provide.

The flexibility in how we deliver the qualification is central to your success. You choose the what, how, when and where, and we facilitate you achieving your goal.

BUT... yes, there is a but.
Keep in mind that RPL means you will not be required to participate in the learning program and workshops - so if you have turned up to be involved... RPL may not be the ideal pathway.

However, we can always look at your experience and work role to build a portfolio of evidence for the assessment requirements of the program (best of both worlds!).

Be Inspired. We can help.

Designed exclusively for new and experienced managers, we invite you to join the Tasmanian Hospitality & Tourism Leadership Program to take your career, team and business to the next level.
