Being Strategic is "Thinking Forward".

Thinking strategically is not an innate ability. You actually have to be taught. Our strategic frameworks are simple, practical and easy to implement. They are designed to reduce the risks implicit in innovation and to provide an objective way to distinguish between competing choices.

While people are inherently effective at identifying problems (we all know those "problem people"), organisations require solutions. But we all know those "solution people" too... that come up with an idea to fix the problem and walk away having "fixed it".

​The reality is that a solution, like the problem, is not a tangible outcome. It's an idea, a proposal on how to overcome a problem. Solutions need to be implemented. And it's in the implementation that organisations struggle.

It is in implementation that we need to think strategically. 

Scala is not just a "solutions" provider. We won't tell you what to do and send you an invoice for fixing your problems... while we can justify our work by 'solving the problem' - we believe your investment deserves results.
