Tracey is born and raised in Tassie, she has been happily married to Pete for over 22 years and has four beautiful children and her family mean the world to her. She comes from a large extended family and loves nothing better than spending time with family and friends.
She loves the beach and Tracey and her family love spending time in Bicheno or any beach they can find in summer in Tassie.
Tracey also enjoys socialising and loves entertaining, with her motto being “the door is open and everyone is always welcome” at their home. Reading, travelling and sport are also her passions. She used to play Netball, Tennis, and Lacrosse (playing in state teams when younger) these days she loves watching and being involved with all the various sports her four children play. Tracey is also a mad keen Hawthorn Football Supporter!
Tracey started her career working for Australian Airlines and Qantas for over 10 years where she worked in Reservations, Finance, Payroll and Human Resources, holding the Position of State Finance, HR and Payroll Supervisor when she left. Over the years she loved this work the travel and her colleagues however she left to have children and raise her family. While her children were young she worked part-time in various retail opportunities. Her next role saw her take on the role as Office Manager for her husbands Law Business for a period of five years, then she took up part-time work at the local Post-Office and Newsagency for several years before ill health caused her to resign.
After two years out of the work force Tracey was approached by Steve to join the team at Scala, and she has loved every minute of it.
The ethos of Scala, providing a stimulating and rewarding job with a focus on fun and work life balance has allowed Tracey to return to the workforce and still be there for her family. Tracey loves meeting all the new people through Scala and is enjoying the Journey
